Most people, especially women, love strong and beautiful nails. They strive to make their nails gorgeous by using many types of nail care products.

With that in mind, they will be extremely anxious when their nails look brittle and unhealthy. Easily broken nails not only spoil the beauty but also can be an important sign for health problems, such as eczema, anemia, psoriasis and hypothyroidism.

There is a variety of reasons why nails are prone to breaking, including exposure to chemicals, nail polish remover abuse, poor nutrition, the aging process and changes in hormone levels.

Today, let’s find out some simple home remedies that will make your nails stronger and get it back in shape fast.

1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil contains many important nutrients which help your nail growth healthily and keep them moisturized. Also, you can prevent them from hangnails, cuticle, and fungal infections.

How to use:
